I’m a Human Resources leader and consultant with over a decade of experience building effective people strategies that balance compliance, culture, and business growth. My career has taken me through diverse industries — from biotech to manufacturing, property management to retail — and most recently, I served as the Head of HR for a growing independent electrical and tool distributor in Northern California.

My credentials, combined with hands-on experience navigating complex employee relations, policy development, and leadership coaching, allow me to provide strategic guidance tailored to each organization’s unique needs.

Whether advising on a high-stakes compliance matter or helping a growing business develop HR infrastructure, my goal is the same: to create workplaces where people thrive, and businesses succeed.
